nous sommes arrivees
After 8 hours flight with stop in tschad, we arrived in bamako, (or sauna), it's so hot and humid here, we can hardly breathe and sweating while standing in the shadow (because you can't stay longer than 1 minute in the sun...)
We decided to go directly to Burkina and coming back later with not so much luggage.
So we had only one but interesting day in Bamako. We met two nice guys who showed us around including a special mali tea-ceremony at home of one of them, and a nice little sunset-boat- trip on the niger and one neckles for each of us...
Next day we started the bus trip to Ouaga! they said it will take 11 hours but at least it was 24 hours!! in an overcrowded bus with probalbly 5 km/h and 100 stops in 40 degree-humid air, (the only good things was the driving air, but when the bus stopped!...) plus one million moskitos at night, because they left the light on in the bus!
I was taking one hour-shower when we arrived in Ouaga this morning....
Now we are going to stay about 3 weeks here and try to do sth in a street-children-association.
The city is optical not that interesting, but they say there is a lot of cultural activity here, like theater, cinema and handcrafts...
We are already having 3 friends who are showing us around...
